  Go into the surgery to make an appointment, they tell me to call the next day. I call the next day at 8( when they open) and they're fully booked so I should "Try"again the following day. I mean it's the GP not the lottery. I have never had a good experience with this surgery, they took a week to sign (not prescribe) my prescription after my midwife had hand delivered it because it was urgent. I called everyday and was told the next day. They don't understand the concept of keeping patients details confidential, they're not good at all and they don't seem to care. Also if you want to complain there is never a manager or head doctor or actually anyone in charge you've got to call lol the same number you call to complain. I mean isn't that fantastic, FYI the always hang up to. In all honesty I feel they need to be investigated.
